Rally

Is a fun sport focusing on the relationship between dog and handler as they work round a course of exercises guided by signs.  There are 6 distinct levels, each level asks that little bit more of the team. The first two levels are worked on lead. All dogs are welcome.  if your dog feels more comfortable working on its own then individual 1/2hr sessions can be booked. It is helpful to have skills such as a sit, down, stand, wait and recall.

Hoopers

This has been posted with kind permission from the CHUCK Facebook Page.

Their website is: www.caninehoopersuk.co.uk

Hoopers is a smooth and free flowing sport based on the dogs love of running. The hoops themselves are lightweight, plastic and tall enough to accommodate even giant breeds. We use only 80cm tunnels to fulfil our aim of being totally breed inclusive. Due to the low impact nature of the sport, it is suitable for almost all dogs, including those which other, high impact, sports are maybe not so suitable. In competition expect to see fun filled courses with extra handling challenges for those who choose them, progression is based on consistency and accuracy, not class wins and speed. Our Accredited Instructors are based all over the UK and train to the highest standards using only force free training methods.

I am looking to taking my level 1 accredited instructors course this year.
